LOUISVILLE, KY – 9th ranked Notre Dame headed into Cardinal Stadium heavy favorites against the Louisville Cardinals on Monday night September 2nd, 2019. Louisville, however, was able to hang with the Irish early on with Notre Dame pulling out a last-second TD before the end of the first half. This broke a tye and made it 21-14 at the half. The Cards were never able to rebound as the Irish took home the victory.
