Atlanta, GA – At the Fox Theatre, various players, coaches and personnel in the National Football League, along with celebrities and fans gathered to walk the red carpet and attend the 2018 NFL Honors. At this event, numerous awards were presented to members of the NFL, as well as reveal who will be inducted into the newest Pro Football Hall of Fame class. Below the is the list of the winners of each award:
The 2018 AP Offensive Rookie of the Year award was awarded to New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley.
The Salute to Service Award presented by USAA was presented to Atlanta Falcons guard Ben Garland.
The 2018 Game Changer Award presented by Gillete was awarded to Seattle Seahawks rookie linebacker Shaquem Griffin.
The 2018 AP Offensive Player of the Year award was awarded to Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes II.
The 2018 Bridgestone Clutch Performance Play of the Year was won by the “Miami Miracle” in a last second win against the New England Patriots.
The 2018 Deacon Jones Award, awarded to the defensive player with the most sacks in the season was given to Los Angeles Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald.
The 2018 FedEx Air & Ground Players of the Year awards were won by Patrick Mahomes II and Saquon Barkley.
The 2018 AP Coach of the Year award was awarded to Chicago Bears head Coach Matt Nagy.
The entire Los Angeles Rams offensive line was named the Built Ford Tough Offensive Line of the Year.
The Seattle Seahawks “Choreography” celebration was named the Touchdown Celebration of the Year.
The 2018 AP Comeback Player of the Year award presented by Castrol was awarded to Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck.
The 2018 Moment of the Year was awarded to Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers after he was carted off the field with a serious leg injury against the Chicago Bears in the first half. He was able to return in the second half, down 20-0 and managed to lead the Packers to a thrilling 24-23 victory.
The 2018 AP Defensive of the Year was presented to Aaron Donald. He has now won back-to-back defensive player of the year awards.
The Courtyard Unstoppable Performance of the Year Award was won by Los Angeles Rams quarterback Jared Goff.
The 2018 AP Defensive Rookie of the Year was awarded to Indianapolis Colts linebacker Darius Leonard.
The 2018 AP Most Valuable Player of the Year award was won by Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes II after one of the most incredible seasons by an NFL quarterback. He completed 383 of 580 passes, for 5,097 yards passing and 50 touchdown passes to only 12 interceptions. He also ran for two touchdowns.

The 2018 Walter Payton Man of the Year award presented by Nationwide was awarded to Philadelphia Eagles defensive end Chris Long.
