Corum would score for the third time on another one-yard run at the 12:08 mark in the second quarter. AJ Henning would break four tackles on his way to the end zone with a 61-yard punt return. With 3:11 left in the half, Corum would score on yet another one-yard score giving Michigan a 38-0 halftime lead.

Corum would score for a fifth time, tied for the Michigan record by an RB in the third on an 11-yard run.

Backup QB Alex Orji would score on a 10-yard run in the fourth followed by a 20-yard touchdown pass from backup QB Alan Bowman to Leon Franklin for the final score.

J.J. McCarthy was named the starter moving forward after last week’s performance went 15/18 for 214 yards. Michigan played seven different QBs in the game. Second-string Cade McNamara left after an injury late in the second quarter.
