COLLEGE FOOTBALL PLAYOFF FOUNDATION LAUNCHES DIGITAL PLATFORM

College Football Communications
IRVING, Texas – The College Football Playoff (CFP) Foundation announced today a new website that will amplify the organization’s mission of supporting education and teachers.

As a fully responsive digital platform, www.cfp-foundation.org provides the CFP Foundation a branded opportunity to extend the Extra Yard for Teachers cause brand, empowering and inspiring teachers in communities across the country.

“Over the past three years, we’ve had great success advancing the work of the Foundation and Extra Yard for Teachers,” said Britton Banowsky, Executive Director of the CFP Foundation. “A comprehensive digital platform is the next step to help us tell the story of the Foundation and its efforts.”

The new website embraces the spirit of educators, offering the opportunity to:

  • Engage in upcoming events hosted throughout the year;
  • Recognize partner contributions that help deliver the resources teachers need most to succeed;
  • Explore the initiatives of the CFP Foundation;
  • Inspire teacher recognition through video testimonials and other media assets.

The initiative is powered by Silver Chalice and its digital technology division, SportsLabs, the same group that manages www.collegefootballplayoff.com, as well as the official mobile app of the College Football Playoff, CFP Gameday.

“The College Football Playoff Foundation has demonstrated great support for education and advocacy for teachers,” said John Burris, President of SportsLabs. “SportsLabs is proud to support CFP Foundation in this mission.”
