RICHMOND, VA – Christopher Bell in the No. 20 started off the morning right, with the fastest time in the first session of Xfinity practice at Richmond Raceway. he ran a 22.149-second lap time. However, Cole Custer in the No. 00 would run an identical lap time in the early morning practice session as well, with the two tying each other.
Points leader Elliott Sadler in the No. 1 was 15th fastest in the first practice session, running a 22.691-second lap time. Sadler is one of four drivers that will be competing for the Dash 4 Cash here at Richmond Friday night, in the ToyotaCare 250. The Other three competitors are Justin Allgaier, Daniel Hemric, and Spencer Gallagher.
Allgaier was the fastest of the four DASH 4 CASH drivers, running 6th fastest in the first practice with a 22.344-second lap time. Gallagher was the 2nd on that list, coming in 7th fastest in practice and Hemric came in 3rd fastest just ahead of Sadler with the 14th fastest lap time of 22.616.
