Los Angeles, CA – Sonny Dykes and the TCU Horned Frogs landed at LAX on Friday afternoon just after 12:45 PST.
The trip came right after an early Friday morning practice in Fort Worth.
Once arriving in front of the media for a few questions, Dykes gave his opening remarks and the addressed the health of running back Kendre Miller. “He is trending in the right direction.” Said Dykes, “We should know more in 24 hours and see how he feels.”
The Horned Frogs will enter Monday night with a 13-1 record with their lone loss coming in the Big 12 Championship against Kansas St.
Coach Dykes and the team are embracing being here, while remaining focused.
“We’ll take some time get to the hotel, figure out how everything works and get settled in.” said Dykes, “We’ll have a welcome party tonight and then we’ll kinda hole up and start getting ready for the game.”
